1942: Joint Strike heading to XBLA, PSN - Image 1 


We've talked about 1942: Joint Strike before, and we've even given you some screenshots of the game. Now, it seems, we can actually talk about the game's release, as Capcom has announced that the game will be heading to Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network in two weeks.

According to the press release we received, 1942: Joint Strike will be headed to Xbox Live on July 23, while PlayStation 3 owners can pick it up on July 24.

This new version of 1942 comes with two-player co-op play, enhanced graphical goodness, and a soundtrack by Norihiko Hibino, better known for his work in the Metal Gear series.
