Reading other sites it looks like it is actually 3 titles, Katamari, Ace Combat 6 and PC exclusive Warhammer.

The PS3 has a basic web browser, very limited Linux functionality, and can play blu ray movies, if you even care about that. Oh yes, and it is really good at calculating how protien strains fold. If you have a PC and/or like playing games, the PS3 has almost nothing to offer.

I bet you are some 28 year old guy that is mad because you just lost your job and had to take your preorder off the PS3 at launch to pay for your rent. Just because you can't afford a PS3 doesn't mean you have to trash talk it every minute of the day.

Don't listen to Mister Common Sense. He has no sense what so ever. He doesn't even own a PS3 and is just jealous. I own a PS3 and also Resistance and can tell you that it is a great game. I don't know what magazine rated it 50/100 but that is a complete lie! Just check out the video's for yourself at gametrailers.com if you don't believe me. Playstation 3 is well worth it! What's this about I can't afford a PS3 so I'm jealous? If I really wanted a PS3 I would have one. If sony released decent games, didn't lie, and lowered the price $200 I might want it enough to buy one.

why say a reason to buy 360 when these games just went multiplatform. the titles did not leave the ps3, it just extends to other platforms such as the xbox 360, pretty much like most ubisofts games.
its not like its just one way, xbox 360 games are also coming to the ps3, bioware is also developing for ps3 now, and they thought bioware is owned by MS. oops

They make a dumbed down version on the Xbox360 and just port over a half assed product to the PS3. Thats why they need to make them on the PS3 first so that we retain the quality that our system is known for, not some rushed low end want-to-be.

you want a straight answer? I%u2019ll give it to you. The reason why Gears of War was so polished was because it was Unreal engine 3's poster boy. Want another reason? Epic went to Microsoft claiming Gears would only be achievable if they added an extra 256 megs of ram, bumping it up to double of what originally planned. And can you guess how much money that cost? And can you guess how much pressure was on Epic after that?

Truth is, I love the concept of Gears. I love the action. Hell, I%u2019ll have cliffy's babies if i could. But Gears was the end all, be all for the 360; i mean how many Halo's can there be in a trilogy?

And don't be foolish. Resistance looks, plays and handles great. Why bother comparing a great shooter and great 3rd person action game when the fact is, they're both system sellers.

Now, you want to talk about 3rd party? Check out how badly Capcom *****ed their franchise.
