Akiyoshi Chosokabe talks about Wii influencing a 'Proper' Pro Evolution Soccer - Image 1The Wii console has been able to redefine gaming experience due to its unique style. Because of this, there's a chance that the Wii version of Konami's Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 (PC, Xbox 360, PS2, PS3, PSP, Wii, DS) could influence future PS3 and 360 versions.

Akiyoshi "Greyhound" Chosokabe, producer of the smash hit soccer game, has been the one responsible for creating an avante-garde Wii interpretation of it. When he was asked about this certain version, he said that the PS3 and 360 PES dev teams recognize the Wii version as "a totally new and different one."

Furthermore, Chosokabe said the Wii version "will have some effect on the other versions of PES. I don't have any idea which feature will be adapted for the other versions, but it will have some effect."

This is certainly an interesting piece of news for fans of this game. Things could get better with upcoming titles from this game franchise. We'll keep you guys posted for more news and developments.
