Black Xbox 360 controller - Image 1 A press kit reveals that the black Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Controller is now available in Australia for around AU$ 79.95 or US$ 66.19. It was also revealed that getting a black controller that comes with the Play and Charge kit should damage a gamer's wallet by around AU$ 109.95 or US$ 91.03.

Given that the 120GB Xbox 360 HDD is already available in Australian retail, the presence of so much "black" stuff is probably making the wait for the Xbox 360 Elite that much more painful for those who are eager to use the media centric Elite.

The release window for the Xbox 360 Elite in Australia, but reports have noted a Southern "Winter 2007."
