DLC, you say? - Image 1If Mass Effect's near-overwhelming universe is still too small for you, BioWare has something that will lengthen your space travels on the Microsoft Xbox 360. The first ever downloadable content pack called "Bring Down the Sky" for the interstellar roleplaying game is landing soon, and it will offer an entirely new quest.

According to a forum post on Mass Effect's community website, the upcoming add-on will open the door to a new world infested by the alien Batarian race. An extremist group intends to cause trouble by hijacking an asteroid station in the Asgard system then let it smash the Terra Nova colony, but good 'ol Commander Shepard is on the job to save the day.

The entire mission is set to last around 90 minutes and promises a new Achievement worth 50 Gamerscore points. Bring Down the Sky is scheduled to go online on XBL in March 11 with a 400 MS points price tag.

I was wondering what we'd be getting when I saw the DLC option in the menu.
