Well this sounds familiar. Not a week after the game went gold, the Xbox 360 version of Fallout 3 has been leaked and made available for illegal download on torrent sites, three weeks before the game's release.

Grand Theft Auto IV also suffered the same with its Xbox 360 version, which was leaked a week before its release in the market.

Piracy sites indicated that the leaked version of Fallout 3 has already been downloaded by thousands of users. Now I'm sure it's not much of a warning, especially if you already had your console modded, but remember, you're only hurting the industry if you decide to hunt down that torrent for yourself.

And besides, you won't get the exclusive DLC if you do.
