Peter Molyneux - Image 1

Lionhead boss Peter Molyneux has a bit of a reputation for promising gamers the moon. For his next game, though, it seems he's taking a much more subdued approach, choosing only to say that it's both "insanely simple" and yet "ridiculously ambitious".

Well, that might not be much to go on, but we may hear more about this new Lionhead project next week at E3. The Lionhead Twitter account has teased that they are readying a "big presentation" for Monday's Microsoft press conference.

Maybe they're finally giving the so-called Project X a proper name. Keep checking back here for more updates.

Probably just a game with a dog in again, or maybe this time it's a cat that meows and poos when it wants.

"Insanely simple, yet ridiculously ambitious"...
sounds like he's trying to make Little Big Planet...

I want Fable 3. But I don't want it being insanely simple.

Rock Paper Scissors in 2D is incredibly simple. And aiming for it to be the greatest selling game in the history of life is incredibly ambitious. But that doesn't make it a good idea at all. I'm gonna keep my hopes way way low on this one and I'm gonna keep Lionhead out of my "list of things to care about" until I hear about Fable 3 (and not an MMO)

I don't care what anyone says or about the fact he always promises way more than he can deliver, his games have a charm to them that no other has. Whatever this guy puts out I'm buying it
