Coming soon to the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PSP, and DS is WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2010 with the announcement made by THQ at E3 earlier. THQ's widely popular WWE Smackdown vs. Raw franchise lives on in another title so WWE fans can continue bringing some real pain to the fictional superstars of the game. Apart from revealing the title's coverboys, John Cena, Undertaker, Randy Orton, Edge, and Rey Mysterio, THQ didn't give anything more specific. All they left for now is an assurance that WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2010 will "deliver player freedom never before experienced in the Smackdown vs. Raw franchise." They did say that they'll be handing out more details on SummerSlam come August 28th, but for the E3, it's gonna be a WWE SmackDown vs. Raw history lesson at their booth. Remake No Mercy. Bring new characters if you want but keep the oldies like Chyna and Owen Hart (I stopped following probably a few years after No Mercy), all the ones from N64, just remake it (impossible, I know).. That's the best wrestling game I've played. I don't know why, but mannnn it was so much fun.. I remember playing for hours.

I remember the days when pro wrestling was entertaining, of course I was in my early teens.
It was about the time when WWF did the "get the 'f' out" campaign that my interest started fading, and when Stone Cold became more of a tool than a personality.
The stuff they have today is merely an over-dramatic male soap opera with little focus on athletic talent and more focus on acting. Don't get me wrong, most of the dudes in the business are pretty buff, even McMahon, but it still seems like a bunch of grown men play fighting in character.
