And finally, this is really it! There's no stopping E3 now! The committee for the E3 Expo 2009 has now released the floor plans for the said event. Posted over at their official website are the layouts for the West Hall, South Hall, and the 2nd Level Directory.
Examining the floor plans, it looks like all the top publishers take the front and center of the South Hall. First to greet you upon getting through those security doors is Electronic Arts. Right beside it is Disney, while on the other side is Sega and Konami. On the middle portion is Ubisoft, Microsoft (which makes it right smack at the center of the Hall), MTV and Eidos, while Warner Bros. and Square Enix are at the far back, just before the cafe. That's probably good planning too, cos by the time you get there, you'd already be starving and drooling from all the goods you saw. The West Hall, meanwhile, shows Sony, Sony Online Entertainment, Nintendo of America, Activision, Capcom and THQ all bundled up nice and warm together. The metting rooms are also here, as well as several other publishers and developers. More booths are at the 2nd Level, but these are more likely to be extensions of the ones below. It's looking huge, alright -- and full to the brim. And with the presentations promised by the attending companies, there's little left to doubt that this just might well be the big comeback the E3 Expo and the uplift that the gaming industry need. E3 Expo 2009 runs from June 2nd to June 4th, 2009 at the L.A. Convention Center. To check out the floor plans below, head to the E3 Expo's official site by clicking on the source link below.
