Fallout 3 The Pitt DLC - Image 1

Hmm. Sorry, Karl, maybe the second time isn't a charm after all. Apparently, when Fallout 3's DLC was taken down after numerous reports of bugs and crashes - and subsequently put back up again for that second time - things were still not 100% operational.

The second (and supposedly already fixed) version of The Pitt which is now available on XBL is getting some feedback from users. Turns out people are still experiencing freezing issues. Probably not as prevalent as when the DLC was first upped, but still, it's warranted Bethesda Softworks to investigate.

The Bethesda blog writes:

We’re working with Microsoft to get a version of The Pitt up that corrects the aforementioned freezing issue. Once the content is up and available, we’ll let you know.

We’d like to thank all our fans who generously and methodically reported what they were seeing on our official forums, via email and on this blog. This data was immensely helpful in tracking down these issues.

Well, you know what they say... it's the third time that's a charm. Let's hope that the third iteration of the DLC - when it does go live - puts an end to all these problems. We'll let you guys know of any more updates as they come in.

Hasn't forze even once yet, finished it twice on 360. Weird stuttering in the end though.

this DLC should be called a beta test. Please continue reporting problems until we have figured out all the issues - Bethesda
