Reports are coming in that the PlayStation 3 version of Frontlines: Fuel of War has been canceled. It seems that the game has been removed from various website listings (although last we checked, the PS3 logo still appears on the game's official website). not as exciting as playing CoD4. A few issues.. I can't figure out how to switch to single fire mode instead of full auto. If it works like CoD4 then I say CoD4 got better short burst control for guns. Even I hate FPS on 360 I found not bad at all.
In a few months time there will be some employee posting in their forums about the high levels of piracy, and I'll laugh since they themselves decided to put it on the 2 formats that have high piracy levels. (do I get extra long sentence points?)
I played the beta, let's just say it's not worth my money.
These companies are pretty pathetic if you ask me. A year into the playstation 3's lifespan and you're still having trouble with the hardware? that's inexcusible. EA in particular has all that money and so called "Dominant" rep yet they continue to struggle i.e Madden 08. Just another reason why i give Activision/infinity ward and insomniac all the love in the world. Those are REAL devs.
Let me say I'm disappointed! NOT!!!
This game is generic and even the ads make the soldiers look like they're from Ghost Recon 2.
No loss as far as I'm concerned.
I agree. Also, like the title of the last poster's comment " just another incompetent dev."
