Amazon US did this to me with the Nintendo DS Mario Kart Bundle this last week. The system had hit shelves over 2 days and my order still hadn't processed. I wrote to see whats up and they apparently couldn't fill the order, but never bothered to mention this to me even though I pre-ordered it a month in advance. They did offer me free overnight shipping for my trouble which was cool, but I decided to just cancel and get it down at the local mall where they still had a few left.

I ordered from amazon.co.uk and until a few days ago it said delivery on 28. nov. - 02. dec. Now its changed to 20. feb. I ordered the 26th of August. And i never heard anything from them. I did write a mail on the 2. dec. asking if i would be getting it from the first shipment or how long i would have to wait. I didnt really get an answer for my question, but i did get a 5£ gift certificate. Woo :(

This mornign I got an email from AMAZON the US site and they recently jsut recieved more consoles a bit to expensive for my taste though
