What happens if you take Syphon Filter, Smackdown vs. Raw, some cheesy fanboy fantasy of being a one-man team, put 'em all together and throw in a rap star? You get 50 Cent 2: Blood on the Sand (Xbox 360 and PS3) from Monumental Games. Sure enough, it'll have all the usual elements of a 3rd person shooter, plus bloody fist fights and pushover hoodlums.

I remember when the first one came out, my neighbor bought it and it began with something about him being shot 9 times or whatever.. We had joked every time we turned the crap game on that since he couldn't actually do it himself, the game is what he would have done, had he been able to!
