lol but it's going to be like 30GB, and I don't think anybody's got PS3 or Xbox 360 emulators on their computers considering how most computers don't have as much processing power as them. Even if I was into illegal downloads of videogames, I wouldn't have the patience to wait a few months for next-gen stuff to download.

It's probably the PS3's fault since the PS3 IS harder to develop for (You know that thats a fact. Don't even try to deny it) They probably ran into some issues with the PS3 and because of it, the 360 release gets pushed back too since they promised a simultaneous release.

Since Rockstar and Sony are really good friends; R* have said to Sony: look your version of GTA4 will not be as good as the X360 one we need more time. Sony respond: ok we will send you our squad programmers to help you and make it even better on PS3 (+ some cash) but you have to delay both version. OK says R*!
Now Sony is really really happy. Because this delay will cause more troubles for Microsoft. Halo 3 is really the only game now on x360 ( maybe bioshock too). And 2008 is own by Sony ( now with GTA ). It's like 50 millions on the garbage for Microsoft.

I don't mind waiting for GTA IV next year. Quite frankly, the lineup of games heading towards the end of the year will be more that satisfying. I'd rather have them perfect it than give a half-assed game like most of the ***** that came out in the past. Look at what happened to FF VII when it was rushed.

I don't hate either system and I don't think it's truly either systems fault for the delay of this game you have to look at it from a business stand point. In business you have to have projected forecast of your sales for the year before the fiscal year even starts, the execs. at rockstar asked how soon can we get this game out this year. They know that the game will be a big seller they want to get it out as soon as possible. Management & Programmers informed them they could deliver it by 3rd quarter 07 right before the christmas time when sales are the highest and they factored it into 07 sales, problem is that in all the confusion to get the game out as soon as possible they realized that if the game sucks that it could potentially ruin rockstar as the GTA series is what they are known for. So in turn they delay the game till second quarter 08 about 6 months to make sure sales and pre-order sales takes off and that all bugs are worked out.
P.S. another good reason to never pre-order all you doing is giving them is you money and you don't get jack for months but news that the game will be delayed
I don't hate either system and I don't think it's truly either systems fault for the delay of this game you have to look at it from a business stand point. In business you have to have projected forecast of your sales for the year before the fiscal year even starts, the execs. at rockstar asked how soon can we get this game out this year. They know that the game will be a big seller they want to get it out as soon as possible. Management & Programmers informed them they could deliver it by 3rd quarter 07 right before the christmas time when sales are the highest and they factored it into 07 sales, problem is that in all the confusion to get the game out as soon as possible they realized that if the game sucks that it could potentially ruin rockstar as the GTA series is what they are known for. So in turn they delay the game till second quarter 08 about 6 months to make sure sales and pre-order sales takes off and that all bugs are worked out.
P.S. another good reason to never pre-order all you doing is giving them is you money and you don't get jack for months but news that the game will be delayed

Whoa Whoa Whoa bamdad there are good games coming out this fall/winter don't be so discouraged. besides look at it this way if you get these games below and don't try to rush through them by no time next march or april or whenever GTA IV comes on spring 08 you will be running over pedestrians in liberty city
