In being part of the rock music industry, rumors can't be avoided by rock stars and even games. For Activision's upcoming Guitar Hero: Aerosmith for the Xbox 360, PS2, PS3, and Wii, there's one that just recently popped up.

For this particular rumor, we found something interesting from Best Buy's website. They were able to provide the release date for the game as well as a short introduction about the game.

It was in this introduction that we were able to encounter some peculiar lines such as "the amazing Guitar Hero series lets you drum like Joey Kramer," and "belt out vocals like the legendary Steven Tyler."

From these lines, it could mean that the music game will finally be featuring drum and mic peripherals for its gameplay. But as of writing, there's still no official word regarding this matter.
