Looks like sackboys have nothing on Niko Bellic.

Grand Theft Auto IV and LittleBigPlanet both launched on the same week in Japan, and it's pretty clear who the winner is. The PlayStation 3 version of GTA IV sold more than twice LittleBigPlanet did.

It's also worth noting that the PS3 version of GTA IV, which totals up to 133,000, sold almost 4 times the Xbox 360 version did, which sold only 34,000. Despite strong sales, it seems the gamer base of the Xbox 360 still has a ways to go to catch up to the PlayStation 3's.

7. Gran Turismo 5: Prologue Spec III - PS3 - 35,000
8. Grand Theft Auto IV - 360 - 34,000
9. Aruite Wakaru: Seikatsu Rhythm DS - DS - 26,000
10. Cid to Chocobo no Fushigi na Dungeon: Toki Wasure no Meikyuu - DS - 26,000

Notice there's no Wii game up there? I wonder why Nintendo's being so quiet.
