Plans for an Xbox 360 release for Kingdom Under Fire II have been announced by Blueside, letting console gamers experience the combined RTS and action elements of this entry in the Kingdom Under Fire series.

Kingdom Under Fire II features a new card game system that lets players manage troops composed of over 100 different unit types. The console version will also focus more on the game's single-player campaign.

Xbox Live support has also been confirmed. The game's multiplayer aspect will be played out in large-scale Castle Siege battles. Blueside also plans to support the game with DLC post-release.

Kingdom Under Fire II for Xbox 360 is currently scheduled for release in the latter half of 2010.
