Lego Indiana Jones - Image 1Much to the dismay of many gamers, LucasArts has announced that there was a miscommunication with regards to the presence of four player co-op in Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures (PS3, PSP, Wii, DS, Xbox 360, PC).

Shawn Storc, the producer of Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures, addressed the issue saying the game "will feature the user friendly drop-in/drop-out two-player cooperative feature that players have come to know and love." Then he proceeded to drop the bomb:

However, we are not expanding this feature to a higher player count. I certainly do apologize for any confusion that has arisen; we must have been in a LEGO induced haze at the Collector’s Party.

So there you have it. No four-player multiplayer co-op in Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures. While we're a bit disappointed at this announcement, we're still anxious to try this game out when it launches this June 3.
