After being confirmed for a 2009 release back in March, we've now narrowed down the waiting period for Sega's "Modern Day Spy-RPG", Alpha Protocol (Xbox 360, PS3, and PC). The release date: October 6th 2009 for North America.

It is also reported that the box art for the game reveals a subtitle to be "The Espionage RPG". Fits the description Sega gave to us several months back. Meanwhile, UK retailers have posted their release date to be on October 30, but Sega has not confirmed that one yet.
