A new video from Activision and Neversoft has come out and it's titled Guitar Hero World Tour. Now, some people are referring to it as Guitar Hero 4 (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii), but we've yet to confirm if they're the same thing. For now though, we stick to status quo.

What we do know is that it's looking nice and it's set to include such acts as Van Halen, The Eagles, Linkin Park and Sublime. It's also due to get a five-piece drum set which the devs say is "the most realistic" of any game in the genre. We wonder what Harmonix and Rock Band (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii) will have to say about that.

This game is set for a Fall 2008 release. We'll give you more updates in upcoming posts. Meanwhile, enjoy Lenny Kravitz's mean riffs while you wait.
