We've been told nothing about the number of disks on the 360 version and I'm sure Rockstar are more than capable of working out the best way to bring the game to both consoles.

Yea, not really the greatest shots, I guess they aren't going for amazing visuals, just more up-to-date. I still don't like the player model, it really lacks a good mesh and texture.

Correct (and I have an NVidia card in my PC). But facts are facts, the GPU in the 360 is better.
In addition, there is more memory available for 360 games than PS3 games, because the OS and video of the PS3 requires 52MB *more* memory than the 360 (84MB compared to 32MB). Perhaps the extra memory explains why games like SC looked better on the 360. That said, I'm sure with good coding and the devs making good use of the advantages of the 360 and PS3, both versions of GTA4 should look about the same.
