Lost Planet - Image 1Apart from Capcom's official announcement at last year's E3, and the subsequent revelation that David Hayter will be hopping on board, not much has been known or heard about the movie adaptation of Lost Planet (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC). Thanks to Jun Takeuchi, we're learning more about the project, and what do you know, it won't be following the game's storylines after all.

Lost Planet 2 coming to Xbox 360 - Image 1Capcom has released more details for Lost Planet 2, including info on the timeline, story, environment, and even four-man multiplayer co-op. The only thing lacking seems to be whether the game really is an Xbox 360 exclusive.

Capcom - Image 1Kotaku reports that in the latest issue of Japanese gaming mag Famitsu, Capcom exec Keiji Inafune has mentioned sequels for two of Capcom's big games: Dead Rising and Lost Planet (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC). A Capcom UK rep, however, has asked everyone that Inafune's statements might not be the final word.

E3 2008: Capcom announces Lost Planet movie under development - Image 1Capcom has announced over in the E3 their plans to create a movie based on Lost Planet (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC). As if that's not interesting enough, the company also detailed that the writer in charge of this production is somebody plenty of you should be very familiar with. Lost Planet: Extreme Condition Colonies Edition now gold - Image 1 Capcom's platinum level release of Lost Planet: Extreme Condition (Windows, Xbox 360) will soon be hitting shelves. That's what we hear from a press wire straight from the company, who also claims that the Colonies Edition will be served to both Xbox 360 and Windows PCs.
