Apart from Capcom's official announcement at last year's E3, and the
subsequent revelation that David Hayter will be hopping on board, not
much has been known or heard about the movie adaptation of Lost Planet (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC).
Thanks to Jun Takeuchi, we're learning more about the project, and what
do you know, it won't be following the game's storylines after all. |

Kotaku reports that in the latest issue of Japanese gaming mag Famitsu,
Capcom exec Keiji Inafune has mentioned sequels for two of Capcom's big
games: Dead Rising and Lost Planet (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC). A Capcom UK rep, however, has asked everyone that Inafune's statements might not be the final word. |

Capcom's platinum level release of Lost Planet: Extreme Condition (Windows, Xbox 360) will soon be hitting shelves. That's what we hear from a press wire straight from the company, who also claims that the Colonies Edition will be served to both Xbox 360 and Windows PCs. Unfortunately, it won't be ideal for those with Windows XP. More at the full story. |
