Activision has just announced their bid for your buck while we wait for the release of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 (PS3, PSP, PS2, Xbox 360, Wii and DS). When pre-order goods are all the rage with publishers wanting to make a pretty penny, you gotta wonder what Activision has in mind for the heroes and villains of the Marvel Civil War.

In conjunction with GameStop, pre-ordering a copy of the PS3 or Xbox 360 version of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 in-store or online will fetch you an exclusive playable character - Juggernaut. I don't know how "exclusive" is exclusive here, but something tells me that Activision and Vicarious Visions won't add a character to a game just for GameStop's sake.

If ever something pops out about an alternative way to unlock the massive stampeding non-mutant, we'll let you know. Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 still doesn't have a release date, so we'll keep you posted on that as well.
