Come March 20th, Mass Effect will join the ranks of discounted Classic Xbox 360 games in Europe, said ShopTo to Eurogamer. ShopTo in turn heard the news from GEM, the game's official distributor for the region.

The new slashed price for the Mass Effect Classic Edition will be marked with a GBP 19.99 (US$ 28.50) tag. It will be a double-disc offering, with the second disc being the Future of Mass Effect documentary, along with the Bring Down the Sky DLC. You'll also have access to the different design galleries, music and trailers.

Although the distributor and shops have confirmed this news, Microsoft remains to be mum, saying that there are no announcements to be made. They did, however, confirm that the recently-launched US version is indeed a part of the Platinum range exclusive.
