2K Sports has finally revealed the details of the upcoming patch for the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of NBA 2K10. The game, which was released early this month, has hit a snag with players experiencing poor frame rate, online issues, lackluster A.I and various other glitches. According to reports, the much awaited patch is now being evaluated before being submitted to Sony and Microsoft for certification. This massive patch is expected to arrive within two weeks' time if everything goes on as planned. Patch Notes: GENERAL

this "During NBA Today/Association games, the %uFFFDUpcoming Schedule%uFFFD overlay will no longer obstruct gameplay." means that when they show the big ass schedule in the middle of the screen it would go away when the ball is live cause it would just say there for 20 seconds sometimes and sometimes it goes away. So risk shot clock violation or blindly shoot the ball... so this is most likely what it fixes.
This one though is either universal or in the wrong section because I only experience it during My Player when I get subbed in I have no idea where I am or who to defend.
Fixed an issue where the substitution overlay would sometimes briefly cover the action on the court.
And of course hopefully they fix all the slowdowns especially the paint and the My Player camera cause when I reach NBA it slowdown like hell but they have D-League as a fix but they don't have a fix that says for NBA so I hope they fix that. I skipped D-League and got straight to the NBA, Rockets as a SG which is awesome but I rarely get subbed in and I have such a low rating :(. Oh and I have tried and installed in Hard Drive so I don't think its a disc read problem.

they should make the scoreboard movable.
it hinders view if camera is set to half court (a la nba live 2004 default cam).

Movable score board eh? Jerry Jones comes to mind.

Look at this laundry list of bug fixes and other items. That's just unacceptable. Whatever happened to the days when game developers completed a game and THEN sold it. Now they push it out to make money on it and fix the complaints later. Oh how I miss the SNES and Genesis' quality control.

» Massive Bugs
These bugs weren't even minor. The bugs I've come across were; no crowd, no intentional fouls when turned on, players would randomly move out of bounds for a pass, no A.I court awareness (three seconds and defensive three seconds), ridiculously easily alley-oops. Even a pass from half court could make it to the other player even if you were guarding the passer. All these bugs just made the game very difficult to enjoy, but at least their fixing it. I have no idea who the game testers are, but I think they should get their eyes checked. And I think the game developers should be more aware of what their doing. I know their trying, but it sounds like they should of just called this NBA 2K10 Beta. I still love 2K though. I'd play it over Live any day!
