Grand Theft Auto 4 - Image 1Via press release, Microsoft has announced (well, more of reminded gamers) that the exclusive episodic content for the Xbox 360 version of Grand Theft Auto IV will be available by Autumn this year.

According to the press release, the Grand Theft Auto IV downloadable content are said to "provide hours of additional gameplay." Just the thing any die hard fan of the series will appreciate after they've finished the game.

Just in case you've been really busy and have forgotten your release dates. Grand Theft Auto 4 is now out and is available for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

 » Typical

Typical Microsoft , picked the right time when the game comes out to attract sales towards the 360 system but is it going to work ? after all the torrents downloaded ?
all over the world ?

My answer is keep trying !

 » Torrents not an issue

I've seen that tons and tons of people have downloaded the game already, but the game is also smashing release day records. I doubt any torrent downloading is going to have any huge impact on sales...

 » Yes... darn them indeed

How dare a company try to do what they can to gain sales for their systems. We all know that Sony wouldn't do something so audacious. Like perhaps make PS2 systems with such poor quality that when they broke down within a year, owners were forced to purchase another PS2 after investing so much in software. Not to mention said systems could cause circular scratches in these games which had to be replaced as well. Now wait a minute... consumers having to purchase systems a couple times over and the games as well? Because of poor quality control?? And don't even get me started on PC games with their "Requirements". If that's not a sign then this world is blind. But nah... even though these things actually happened, I really don't think that this result was their intention. They'd be accused of trying to *gasp* make money... ;) Just let M$, Sony and the big N do what they got to do and we can enjoy our games while our systems still work. -V
