Nothing will come of this as long as Microsoft supports their return policy.

i hate it when people do this. it seems like you can sue for anything. why doesnt he get his lazy ass up and get his xbox fixed instead of whinning.

Wow, sad, sad Xbox fanboys. He ought to win IF they refuse to fix his Xbox or give him a new one. Otherwise,he has no chance.

Not exactly, Microsoft says they wont replace discs damaged in this 'flawed' Xbox 360. Even though it says in the manual not to, it should be expected people dont read those things and a console will be moved about. Maybe they should have stuck a warning sticker in the console..

It was just a matter of time...

I think that it's just common sense to not move the console from vertical to horizontal, or vice versa, while the disk is in there and while it's powered up.

People's own stupidity I guess...

he will never win but at least trying is one step foward to putting them out bussiness in the gaming world,. thats for sega, nintendo, sony only they been in it for over 10 years M$ just saw money in it and join for the money.

I hope everyone see's the joke.

by (QJ. NET Staff) - 1999-11-30

Well, if this is true, the guy has a very valid reason. Its up to companies to assure quality products, and obviously, Microsoft hasn't.

Hope he wins. Should teach Microsoft and any other 'wannabe' company that rushing into a market that cannot be taken over is pointless and delivering a satisfactory product is not an answer.

But meh, I'll still buy the console - doesnt mean i support them. I just like games.

your a ****ing retard. the average console launch see's about 5% defective products and the 360 is at 3%, that is very good. i have a 360 with zero problems and it is a very quality product. and about them getting onto gaming for money. hello, its a buesness. if it wasnt for money their wouldnt be nintendo sony or microsoft and just because they got into gaming later doesnt mean squat. if microsoft is a wannabe then so is sony, stfu. you sony fanboys get the **** out of this site. this site is for 360 news and us 360 fans shouldnt have to put up with your trolling. you dont see me posting in the ps3 threads. what i find so funny is that almost every person tyhat bashes ms fo 360 not being qulity does not own one and are just listening to slander and rumors. i have not met anyone personaly who has a 360 and thinks it lacks in qulity. also if you have a problem with your 360 you can exchange it for a new one within 30 days where you bought it or microsoft will send you a box overnight shipping for you to send it to them and they will overnight it back after it has been fixed/replaced for free. it only takes about 5 days total, and of course they wont replace damaged disks when they are your own fault. what is this world coming to when you can sue someone for your own mistakes. about the warning not being read, well thats their fault too. if they get photosensitive siesures because of it that wouldnt be ms;s fault eigther because int the instruction book it warns about that just like sony and microseft consoles. would you hold them accountable for someone not reading their instructions?
