A timely announcement for Mirror's Edge: the game has finally gone gold for the PS3 and Xbox 360. Both versions are getting a retail release on November 13. If you live in the UK, you might want to pre-order too: don't let those Mirror's Edge freebies go to waste!

In an interview, EA's Manual Llanes has revealed that for the average player, Mirror's Edge is about 12 hours long. So that's 12 hours of trying not to throw up.

When you're up against challenging tasks to earn your Achievements and Trophies, it's good to have faith. Good thing in Mirror's Edge (PS3, Xbox 360, and PC) you're only gonna need one Faith. See what's in store for you after the jump.

This is probably a good follow up trailer to the adrenaline rush some of you must have gotten in the Mirror's Edge demo. Here we see a "Runners story" trailer, showing Faith doing her thing: a mad dash across the city to deliver... a yellow barbel that looks like it was taken straight out of your mom or sister's aerobics bag.

Haven't downloaded the demo to Mirror's Edge yet? What's wrong with you? Fire up your console and get crackin. Unless you're an Xbox 360 gamer of course - your demo won't come in till tomorrow.

Looks like we can expect more high-flying, vertigo-inducing gameplay in the world of Mirror's Edge, as EA's Owen O'Brien has confirmed that the game is the first in a trilogy.
