Traveler's Tales is putting in some nice work on their upcoming release Lego Batman: The Videogame (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PSP, Wii, DS, PC) as seen in these screenshots. We've grabbed hold of them in a recent press release, and we were pleasantly surprised with what we had to see.

The villains, as shown in these shots, look pretty cute in their blocky glory. Icons of the series like Mr. Freeze and The Scarecrow look diabolically delightful, making us more excited to see them come to life in this shape and form.

Lego Batman is slated for launch come September of this year across multiple platforms. This will be an interesting test for the Lego game series as we all know how successful the Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga (Sony PlayStation 3, Microsoft Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS) was.
