Perfect Dark - Image 1It's been rumored before, and now we finally have a release date for the XBLA version of Rare's Perfect Dark.

According to a Tweet from Major Nelson, the game will go live on XBLA this winter. That's about it, other than the fact that it's apparently running in 1080p and that the framerate has also been improved (it's "silkier", says the official description).

For Gold members who want to get into a Perfect Dark mood early, there's a free Perfect Dark E3 theme available now on the Xbox Live Marketplace.

MS and Nintendo couldn't agree on the financial aspects of it, so it was scrapped.
