Crash: Mind Over Mutant - Image 1Roughly a hundred members of Radical Entertainment's staff have been laid off after Activision Blizzard decided to cut the studio's projects from four to two. Here's what Leah Rubin, the VP of human resources at radical, said in an email to the Vancouver Sun:

Activision Blizzard is committed to making the best games possible and has elected at this time to reduce the number of titles that Radical is developing from four games to two. Therefore, we will be proportionately reducing the size of our studio.

The "staff realignment" has left Radical down almost half of its total staff. As for the studio's projects, Crash: Mind Over Mutant (Xbox 360, Wii, DS, PSP, PS2) and Prototype (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC)survived the culling. The follow-up to Scarface: The World Is Yours, however, seems to have been canned.
