There are many ways rumors start. This one, about how the classic PC-based MMORPG Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures will soon be on Xbox 360, came innocently enough from a trailer. According to Wollen, who could be the spark behind this, a friend of his attended an official Q&A session with the game's Norwegian developer Funcom (The Longest Journey, Dreamfall, Anarchy Online). Although the company was promoting Dreamfall, they showed a trailer with Conan wielding a morning star. The company said they were thinking about other platforms aside from PC specifically the Mac. Then “the spokesman (Bjorn Sundquist) made a kauf gesture saying *kauf*360*kauf*.” We don't have Viking genes so we don't exactly what he meant by that. It is confirmed, however, that Funcom is exploring possibilities of toying around with consoles. But that's where all the facts end and this rumor begins.
