Rock Band - Image 1A rumor that the upcoming next gen rhythm game Rock Band (PS3, Xbox 360) will be an Xbox 360 exclusive has started floating around the Internet due to the Rock Band E3 invitation.

See, the invitation does not include the familiar logo of Sony's next gen PlayStation 3 video game console. Instead, the invite shows the logo of only one console - that of the Microsoft Xbox 360.

Of course, this is just a rumor, and the event in question could be a Microsoft-sponsored one, hence the absence of the PS3 logo.

Everything that has come out about Rock Band so far has suggested that the game will indeed be launched on both the PS3 and Xbox 360.

We'll keep you guys updated about this rumor as more details come to light. Click on the Read link below to see the E3 invite.

Q: What systems will this be available on?

A: We are putting this out for Xbox 360 and PS3 for Holiday 2007. We're looking into putting it out on other platforms but we haven't announced anything specific.

» Man QJ is getting worse by the day

You guys post fake news, old articles, steal old pics of various web sites and claim they are new, and constant crap. The game has been confirmed since development that its coming out for the PS3 and 360. Maybe Microsoft is promoting the event, hence the 360 logo. Or maybe, since you guys are oblivious to Adobe Photoshop, that this ad might indeed be a fake.
