Fallout 3 - Image 1The rumors have been confirmed. Bethesda's Fallout 3 (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC) has been denied of any classification (as seen in the image to the right) by the Australian Office of Film and Literature Classification (OFLC) Board.

According to the Fallout 3 page on the OFLC website, the game has been given classification of RC, which means refused classification.

This classification was apparently handed out on July 4, 2008 and means that the game cannot be sold in Australia when it does come out in other regions.

So far, no specific reasons were given out as to why the game has been refused classification. However, we can probably expect to hear more about this as fans of the game start asking "why can't I buy Fallout 3 in Australia?"
