Codemasters has some goodies for all of you Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising (PlayStation 3, Xboc 360, and PC) players as the first person tactical shooter's first DLC rolls out for its PC and Xbox 360 versions. We're still a long way from reaching Halo: Reach's Fall 2010 launch, but apparently someone really wanted to show the game off to others that they've leaked out a few blurry shots of it in action.

All these armor freebies for Mass Effect 2 (Xbox 360, PC) are frankly starting to get a bit ridiculous. Pre-order incentives (including one for a totally different game) are already giving away free special armor for Commander Sheppard, and now EA has announced another way for gamers to score some limited edition duds for the good commander.

Electronic Arts has announced that Battlefield: Bad Company 2 will be getting a Limited Edition version too. The good news is it won't cost you a penny more than the standard edition. It'll come with six customization unlocks that give players an advantage in multiplayer matches at the same price as the standard edition. Details past the jump.

Swedish developer Pieces Interactive has joined forces with Tecmo to bring Fret Nice, a platformer that can be played with a guitar controller, to PlayStation Network and Xbox Live. The dev has recently sent out some assets and a release date for the game.

Even though they denied Dana White a UFC video game with the belief that mixed martial arts is "not a real sport," EA Sports is now jumping on the MMA train with EA Sports MMA, now unveiling the game's first screenshot, featuring the very painful armbar.

Rare has released a bunch of images from the XBLA remake of Perfect Dark. I gotta say, it looks like 4J Studios has done a good job of polishing up the game for it HD outing. Just to drive the point home, Rare's also released a pair of comparison screenshots. Check 'em out after the jump.

We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there will be NO dedicated servers or mods for the PC version of Infinity Ward's Modern Warfare 2 (also on PS3, Xbox 360). Community Manager Robert Bowling, aka fourzerotwo, said so himself in a podcast.
