well he got the money to go to all those conventions and he couldn't buy a new 360 and save the special one for more conventions or even OH let say EBAY . well done Microsoft screwing you hardcore fanboys one at the time keep up the good service ;) . btw I'm not trying to start a flame war just my opinion

In fairness, I remember this article we did about Sony doing a number on a poor guy and his PS3 as well.

The PS3 one was a paid actor who basically buried his PS3 underground and it was a biohazard with all that dust which is why Sony didn't fix it. Sony even posted pics as proof.

That link doesn't hold the same in this article. Fact is the person didn't tale care of his {PS3 and got dust out of it, he abused his console and shouldn't really own a console. So he got what he deserved.
This is different. MS once again proves they don't give a flying *bleep* about their Consumers and screw them again.
This isn't at all justice, but the Sony one is. I have no remorse for the PS3 user who got his console all dusted up.

Definitely an error in communication i think. The tech support guy who worked on the console must've thought he was doing a favor to the owner of the xbox.
To be honest I'm surprised they went as far as to clean his console really.

MS as a company didn't do anything to this kid, the service rep even told him it would be taken care of. He was screwed by some repair monkey.
Whoever cleaned this kid's 360 needs to go jump off a bridge
