Ó

Ubisoft's putting some major advertising in Splinter Cell: Conviction (Xbox 360 and PC). How serious? Let's have Jeffrey Dickstein of Publisher take the floor on this one: As you're slamming a terrorist's face into a urinal, you might ask yourself, "is this the new Degree deodorant I should buy?"

I see you.

Nope, that's not a joke, guys. There will be both static and video ads appearing around Sam Fisher's environments. They even had "heat maps" given out to potential advertisers so they can choose where they'd like to put their ads high and proud. So they can lure you into buying their all-fresh, brand new product!

And they're not gonna be stealthy about it, believe me.

A way to raise capital (money) in a very short amount of time. But it would seriously be annoying to see a advert saying to relax while your running like hell away from the bad guys......
