as an owner of an xbox and just so coincidentally more than 2 braincells, im ok with utilizing my hands to swap a disc every 15 hours of gameplay, i know this is a hard concept for the new generation of lazy gamers.... you all cant rember the days when you had to use 6 cds to install/play a game, that kinda sucked, ff7-9 had multi disc... no one rly complained there, bluray is bigger, but without the memory to back it which the ps3 lacks, its no better than the xbox drive.... sorry its just the way it is....besides wtf do i care its a fun game, i just want to play it.... get over the war go play a god damn game!

because there were no other options. The only thing available to game developers during those times were CDs. It doesn't really bother me if it's on more then one disc (if reasonable). It bothers me when developers can't fit everything they want onto one disc because of the lack of available space and therefore cut corners.

I don't mind having my games loaded on multiple disks, so long as it means that the devs went all-out in making the game worth my money.

does that mean that rockstar is having trouble putting gta on one disc. i dont think that gta can be put on one two disc. that would suck when u have to put another disc in to go to another city.

not really, just load the first half of the core sotryline into the first disc, i highly doubt it will need 2 discs...only games so far are rpg's really, lots of vids lots or textures lots of animations sound files etc, rpgs just have a shyteload of data behind em, shooters and action games tend to use a lot of common data

I don't understand why so many people make a big deal of this. Oh no, at one point in the game you have to put in a new disc. How will you live? That dangerous walk from you sofa to your console will surely kill you! Its a good thing that I play on my monitor and my console is within reach from where I sit :D Like phalanges said, as long as the game doesn't end up being crappy, it's OK.
