So you thought you finished the fight? You couldn't be more wrong. Straight from the Tokyo Game Show, Microsoft has unleashed its big Halo announcement. For those of you who speculated that it was an expansion to Halo 3, you were spot on. Introducing Halo 3: Recon, arriving Fall of 2009.
At TGS, Microsoft announced that Halo 3: Recon will get a new single-player campaign and new multiplayer maps. They also showed an extended version of the Keep It Clean trailer, which shows the expansion's new protagonist. Wuzzat? A new protagonist? You read that right. Here's the trailer: Microsoft also released new info on Halo Wars. The third playable race was announced to be the Flood. Expect the game sometime early next year. |

It looks good, but I'm not gonna get too excited for an expansion that is one year off.

- the CGI lookt pretty nice. I wonder if we'll get a heroin instead of a hero... I'm cool either or.
