You have to give it to them. Despite the heavy setbacks Bethesda has already experienced, thanks to the less-than-inspiring launch of Fallout 3's XBL-exclusive DLC, they're still going at it, lunging for Release #3 of The Pitt.

According to their update, if you're still experiencing crashes when trying to access The Pitt's content, just delete the content from your hard drive and then re-download it. If, on the other hand, you have not experienced any freeze issues, then you do not have a problem - just go enjoy the game.

Now, as for the step-by-step procedures on deleting previous content:
  • Sign in to Xbox LIVE then press the guide button
  • Go to Settings->System Settings->Memory.
  • From here, scroll down to Fallout 3 and press A.
  • Select Fallout 3: The Pitt (Marketplace Content) press A then choose Delete, then Yes to Delete.
And then download the new version, free of charge. That ought to do it.

Again, commendable action from Bethesda. Just goes to show that they won't stop at aiming to give you fans what you deserve - a decent game you can fully enjoy, no matter how late.
