 » 1080p

the 360 can output 1080p, just the games are not required to do so. they are only required to output in 1080i and 720p

its like 1080i and 720p on the original xbox, games were not required to use these resolutions, but they could if they wanted too.

nice, i might get these cables in the future. being able to plug it into my monitor would be awesome without having to have 4 cables to lose.

 » no HDMI?

I've got one VGA port and one HDMI on my TV. This still means I can only connect the 360 OR my PC to the flat panel, not both :(
