Outspoken hard rocker Ted Nugent has confirmed that he will be appearing in a future installment of Activision and RedOctane's Guitar Hero franchise.

The Nuge didn't mention any specific Guitar Hero title, but we're guessing that it'll be for Guitar Hero IV. The only song mentioned along with the game was 1975's Stranglehold.

Since he did some mo-cap sessions for the game, we may also see him as one of the game's bosses. Here's his take on the whole mo-cap business:

They wanted to make sure that the cartoon dude on Guitar Hero dances and prances like Uncle Ted and I pretty much almost killed myself.
