This video here came up on YouTube earlier, and what do you know, it's Modern Warfare 2 (Xbox 360, PS3, and PC). Or so the video claims.
Game info at the 0:38 mark even shows off six unlocked Achievements. Many have called this out as a fake, or maybe as copy off a press kit. There's no actual gameplay shown, but just in case you're curious about it, do check it out below. Related Articles:

If you watched the vid closely, its the PS3 XMB.....
Even if it gets ripped and uploaded. Online (X Live) is a no-go as ban hammers are going reckless. Even if a person played the original copy of the game on XLive before release date. Its a perm ban...... So have fun :D

check on the xboxlive forums lookin the banned section u'll find a hole load of ppl from france complaining about how they baught a legit copy of ODST (it was released early by a gameing company) and all of em got teh ban hammer

It's there plain to see. Send Zepe94 a blank message and then compare the trophies you can see it right at the bottom of the page. And for all you people wondering why it is at the bottom of the list its because that other bloke is comparing his trophies to Zepe94's trophies and as that other bloke hasn't got MW2 it gets put at the bottom of his list as only the games you own are at the top and the games that the other player owns and you don't goes at the bottom.
Like I said look again!

The game has been gold for a while now, so stuff like this isn't close to being impossible. This has been happening since the 90s, probably the 80s. Some people will always have a game weeks before it hits the shelves.
It's not like the game gets put on shelves the same second it gets "finished."

Does the PS3 allow you to change the sorting order of games which you've earned trophies for? I've never tried to change the order on mine, but all of my newest games are at the top of the list. This dudes MW2 is on the bottom of his list.

The trophies get listed in the order of the last game you played. If you played GTA4, KZ2, and Uncharted 2, in that order, then GTA4 would be on top of the list since it's the last game you played.
That's how it works for me when I hit Trophies on the XMB, anyway.
