In the latest issue of the UK Official PlayStation Magazine (the same one that gave Metal Gear Solid 4 a solid 10 rating), they dished out some rumors that, if true, hint at good times ahead. They have rumors of an Assassin's Creed movie in the works, a Cloverfield game, and even the setting for the Uncharted sequel. Check them all out and more in the full article.

Despite a massive drop in sales (77%, in fact), Grand Theft Auto 4 remains as the UK's top selling game. That's saying something. Check out all the other games that GTA 4 beat out (no pun intended) by going to the full article.

January and February were Sony months so to speak, as the PlayStation 3 outsold the Xbox 360 for both periods. The record was broken when the March sales figures were published by the NPD, but industry analyst Michael Pachter believes that the PS3 will prove to shine once again in April. Two months ago, Kratos made his first appearance on the PSP in God of War: Chains of Olympus. Unfortunately, it might also be his last. In a recent interview, Ready at Dawn's creative director remarked that the studio probably won't be developing games for the PSP in the near future. The PS3 and Xbox 360 platforms were mentioned though, and they might shift their attention towards the consoles. More in the full article.

The PSP's on a pretty solid sales streak in Japan. It's been selling more than any other platform in the region since it landed on top last March 16. Sales seem to have plateaued a bit, but it's still leading strong. Another thing of note: ever since January, the PSP has already sold more then the Wii. More in the full article.
