Banjo Kazooie fans be at ease, it looks like the sequel to the franchise currently being developed for the Xbox 360 is not the first-party Microsoft title getting the axe, as confirmed by a spokesperson from the studio, Rare. So which Microsoft title's getting the boot? It's still anyone's guess.

After ruling out a lot of candidates, they've finally concluded that the unlucky game leaving Microsoft's roster is Banjo Kazooie 3 from Rare.

Of course without proper confirmation from Microsoft though, this remains to be speculation.
