Infernal - Image 1Infernal - Image 2Infernal - Image 3

Ever since the Xbox 360 was introduced, there've been a lot of games mentioned and promised that somehow never arrived. One of those is Infernal, a third person action adventure from PlayLogic. It was actually first announced sometime in May 2006. Even back then, it was starting to make a lot of noise but news about it suddenly stopped. After eight months of hiatus, the game finally resurfaced.

For those who are hearing about this title for the first time, Infernal revolves around top intelligence agent Ryan Lennox. Now, Lennox isn't just any other agent - he's also a devil from hell. He uses hi-tech gadgets and high powered weapons alright, but worse comes to worst, he can also summon his supernatural diabolic powers.

In case you're wondering how the game's like, here's the latest batch of screenshots and a summary of its features. If you look closely at the upper left corner of the images, it actually says "Work in Progress - Completion 80%." So will Infernal finally be available this year? We hope so.
