It's open to the public now! Valve officially announced the availability of Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, PC) to all PC and XBL Gold gamers via a press release earlier today.

This time it's for real! The demo for Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, PC) demo is now out on the Xbox Live Marketplace. PC gamers, however, will have to wait it out till tomorrow morning.

Here's the very first TV spot for Valve's Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, PC) -- and GameStop's pre-order bonus offer. Yep, it's not just about the games now, it's also about which store can give you something exclusively -- and what that store could give to you exclusively.

If this one's for real, then this would be the Zombie Survival Guide for Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, PC). This vid supposedly leaked out of a loosely turned Valve, and since our last experience with a Valve leak turned out to be legit, this one might be as well. Leaked or fake though, this one's a good watch.

Valve has sent out official release dates for the Left 4 Dead 2 Xbox 360 and PC demos. The majority of gamers will get them in early November, but those who pre-ordered will get them this month.

It looks like Dead Center and Hard Rain are indeed the last two campaigns in Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, PC). Both have been spotted in a list of achievements unearthed by the folks at Xbox360Achievements. The 50-achievement list gives out a total of 1,000 points and also gives us a glimpse at some new features, including a defibrillator that can be used to revive dead Survivors.

Taiwanese website NGG seems to have unveiled the last two campaigns for Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, PC), which I think were intended by Valve to be kept a secret until later. Oh well, the cat's out of the bag, and it's not like we mind, considering how sweet the package is. Posters and details after the jump.

It would seem that Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, PC) just keeps surprising Valve. "I thought Left 4 Dead 2 would get the same treatment as Left 4 Dead 1 (Xbox 360 and PC)," said Gabe Newell. "So I was a little surprised [by the decision]." He would be referring to the recent refusal of Australia's OFLC to classify the zombie sequel. No matter, though, they're out to get that approval, and yes, they have officially appealed the decision.

Here's a bit of semi-good news for Australian gamers. Even with Left 4 Dead 2 (Xbox 360, PC) effectively banned in Australia, Valve is not giving up. They're still in the process of making sure that gamers in the region will get something come the game's supposed launch date.
