Two new Xbox 360 demos have been added to the Xbox Live Marketplace. Unfortunately for gamers in North America, these free demos are not available on the U.S. Marketplace.First is the Japan-only demo for Guilty Gear 2: Overture. This Xbox 360 title from Arc System Works is the first title in the fighting series to utilize 3D graphics. The demo description describes the game as a mix between the action and RTS genres. A North American release date for Guilty Gear 2: Overture has yet to be announced. It's currently slated for a November 29 release in Japan. Next up is the Looney Tunes: ACME Arsenal demo. Available only in European Xbox Live regions, Looney Tunes: ACME Arsenal is a 3d action/adventure title based on the classic Looney Tunes series. Looney Tunes: ACME Arsenal is now out in the U.S. A demo for the game was released on the U.S. Marketplace early this month. |

There's a bit of bad news for all of you waiting for Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment's Looney Tunes games. It turns out that the original release date of September 18, 2007 has been scratched from the launch calendar and replaced with October 9.Looney Tunes: Acme Arsenal and Looney Tunes: Duck Amuck were set to ship next month in North America but were delayed by the publisher for undisclosed reasons. Acme Arsenal, due out for the Nintendo Wii and the Microsoft Xbox 360 game consoles, puts players in the shoes of their favorite characters from the classic cartoon line and drops them in locales like Ancient Egypt and the World War II trenches where they'll have to solve puzzles, perform objectives, and drive around with wacky vehicles to proceed to the next level. Unique to the Wii version is the implementation of gesture-based controls while the Xbox 360 iteration has the advantage of online co-op play via the Xbox Live service. Duck Amuck, on the other hand, goes out for the Nintendo DS and features everyone's favorite animated duck Daffy in a game based on the classic Duck Amuck cartoon. The objective is simple: Use your stylus to drive Daffy nuts in a series of mini games that will have you thinking of clever ways to punk your rival. Like Acme Arsenal, this game was set to go out on September 18 but has been delayed to October 9. |

A lot of gamers have become wary of any video games with the Loony Tunes badge on it since a lot of the earlier releases were rather, err, mediocre. Warner Bros. and Red Tribe's Loony Tunes: Acme Arsenal might make you do a double take on that statement because the game looks to actually be fun.
The first thing you will notice from the gameplay video is that the game has explosions, lots and lots of them. Favorites such as the Tazmanian Devil, Daffy Duck, and Bugs Bunny look to be playable so you'll be able to wreck havoc with your favorite toon. As standard with most Loony Tune, they have injected their own brand of humor in the videos. Judging from the video, this has the potential to be a good game to play during lags from playing more "serious" titles. Loony Tunes: Acme Arsenal is slated to be released for the Wii, PlayStation 2, and the Xbox 360. Enough of our ramblings on the game, here's the video. Enjoy. |

They're wacky, they're looney, and they're out to conquer your Xbox 360
and yourNintendo Wii. This right here is Warner Bros. Interactive's Looney Tunes: Acme Arsenal, as developed by Red Tribe.
If you know who the Looney Tunes characters are, then you know that this is an action adventure game. Here's the long and short of its storyline. There's this Evil Mad Scientist who hates the Looney Tunes so much that he wants to get rid of them at all costs. So he used his homemade time machine and his humongous ACME eraser to travel through time to target the ancestors of our lovable looneys. Of course, it follows that without the ancestors, the Looney Tunes will not have the chance of day to live in the present. But unknown to the Evil Mad Scientist, the Looneys have sniffed out his evil plan, and so they've created their own time machine to thwart him and his evil plot. Them Looneys are generally friendly, but as this is an arms race, expect them to be carrying some big guns such as melee and projectile weapons. Unfortunately, Michael Jordan won't be around this time to help the gang out. But we do have screenshots both for the Wii and the Xbox 360. Check them out and enjoy! Wii Xbox 360
