Today's Xbox Live update features a couple of goodies from the Major, Dynasty Warriors: Gundam from Namco Bandai and MotoGP '07 from THQ. So what's interesting about either one?If you're interested with big swords and bigger mecha fighters, then Dynasty Warriors: Gundam is perfect for you. In its demo outing, the video game will be featuring players as Heero Yuy going against a mysterious (and ginormous) chuck of rock going straight for Earth. The demo will be available for Canada, Mexico, and US and weighs in at 484.62 MB. On the other hand, MotoGP '07 is all about speed. We tried it a couple of minutes ago and found that the rag doll physics made us wince. It really looked painful to be thrown around like that. Anyway, MotoGP '07's demo will be available everywhere save for Asia. Photorealism has its price, the demo is 901.46 MB. Better check them out now. And decide which game has to go on your hard drive. Totally360.com got some THQ screens of the upcoming MotoGP 07 two-wheeled racer. This time, besides the usual centerfold drool, there are gameplay HUD caps that show off how this game will tell you where to go, how fast you're going, and where the competition's at. Four more screens of getting into the rush of supersport bike racing after the jump! Oh, and that plug for the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-12R. |

Since a picture speaks a thousand words, it's time THQ's announcement of Moto GP 2007 got its dialogue beefed up. First up are four screenshots of the game from the Voodoo Extreme VE3D site at IGN.
And now for something more than a thousand words (can you sing that song, by the way?), the trailer to Moto GP '07, as uploaded on GameTrailers. Coming September 2007 (well, a certainly more precise date than "fall 2007," right?). |

Today THQ Inc informed us that the next installment in the motorcycle racing phenomenon Moto GP will be coming to the Xbox 360 and PCs in the fall of 2007. Moto GP '07 is supposed to deliver the "next generation racing experience" with an improved race day experience and the complete 2007 MotoGP season that will make the video game just as exciting as the real thing. Of course, no new MotoGP title would be complete without a set of all-new bikes, tracks, and game modes, along with some of the favorites from previous titles. Moto GP '07 will have enhanced customization options, building on the popular "Extreme mode" that allows players to race on city streets around the world. The MotoGP series has topped over 1.5 million in sales this year, and as Bob Aniello, senior vice president of worldwide marketing at THQ states, the MotoGP series is "critically acclaimed for pushing the limits of realism and console technology. With MotoGP ‘07, THQ raises the bar yet again for both core gamers and racing enthusiasts." Hopefully THQ will raise the bar with some screenshots and more details on the game soon. |
