The guys at Final Fantasy XIII.net got another scan from Shonen Jump, showing landscapes here and monster enemies there. It's getting a bit old, really. But on the lighter side of things, the scans did reveal how Cactuar would look in Final Fantasy XIII, which is...exactly the same. Don't be dissin' the same old look, it seems to be working for our thousand-needled friend - scans also reveal that Cactuar now has a lady friend. |

2K Games has now announced the Special Edition for BioShock 2
which would be the Big Daddy of all swag. It's not because it's utterly
the most awesome we've ever seen, but simply because the game's got Big Daddy
in it. |

I'm sure I'm not the only one curious about what exactly Alexander is.
Sometimes, he's a castle, sometimes a machine, sometimes he's like a
statue. For Final Fantasy XIII,
the big boy's a mecha. New screens and info popped up again, featuring
the Esper in action, plus some Chocobo-riding, and the new Crystarium
system. |

If you thought that the Alternative Edition DLC for Resident Evil 5 was simply going to be a single scenario and motion control support, think again. Famitsu got the goods once again with a two-page spread on the upcoming add-on, revealing more content than previously revealed. |

Rumors came out last week pointing to the release info for Project Natal, which included the margin, the price, even a number of launch titles to be available. When asked for comment, Xbox UK exec Neil Thompson flatly dismissed the rumors, saying they "weren't accurate" and that the kitchen's still cooking as far as the Natal release is concerned. |

Has your console failed you? Any lights of death showing up? CNET
wanted to know, so gamers from the UK responded to the survey with
their console stories in hand. Coming out on top of the failure rate
stat is the Xbox 360, with 60% of the respondents reporting that theirs
have displayed the dreaded RROD. |

We haven't seen much of Project Natal after the E3 demo, but the Xbox 360 motion camera seems to have gained a lot of attention outside gaming realms. Even Time took an interest to it. In fact, it impressed them so much that it earned itself a place among the ranks of Time's 50 Best Inventions of 2009. |

If Activision's internal estimates are to be believed, then the much-hyped, much-anticipated launch of Modern Warfare 2 for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC was successful as it was planned out to be, selling five million copies on its first day in North America and the UK combined. |

When Square Enix and PopCap Games combined their strengths to create a new game, the result was Gyromancer. The puzzle RPG was announced in TGS 2009 back in September and redefined the tried, tested, and often cloned Bejeweled. But what we didn't know was that there were other games on that negotiating table - among them, Zuma and Peggle. |
